Outforms is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows you to create, customize, publish, and manage online forms. The service includes a drag-and-drop form builder, form submission collection, third-party integrations, branding customization, and embedding capabilities.

User Accounts

To use Outforms, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use Outforms.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all forms, content, and data you create or collect through Outforms ("User Content"). By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content and the data you collect through forms complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Outforms to:

• Collect data or conduct activities that violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts through form integrations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through forms or file uploads
• Create forms that impersonate other organizations or individuals for fraudulent purposes
• Abuse or excessively load the platform's API or infrastructure in a way that degrades service for other users
• Collect sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis or safeguards

Intellectual Property

The Outforms platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Outforms and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Your content remains yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over the forms you create or the data you collect.

Third-Party Integrations

Outforms provides integrations with third-party services including Google (Sheets, Gmail), ClickUp, and custom webhooks. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Payment Terms

Outforms is currently available free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or features in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Outforms is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outforms and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outforms and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
